The Vivedus Planner is a web-based planning tool teachers use to align curriculum, learning design and learning activity to Vivedus methodology.

The planner streamlines the amalgamation of overarching concepts and curriculum content objectives with pedagogical practices to build specific 21^st century dispositions proven to cultivate creativity.

Preference teaching for creativity

The planner guides educators through a step-by-step process of embedding Vivedus pedagogy in their classes, enabling them to teach for creativity.

This phase of learning design is underpinned by five possibility thinking phases that are used to guide learners’ cognitive development and engagement from ‘what is this’ to ‘what might be’.

In the process of formulating learner activity, educators identify relevant creative dispositions and pedagogy they will adopt to strengthen learners’ creative capability alongside mastering the basics.

The Vivedus platform is a powerful integrated system that allows educators to quickly access the information they need from within their lesson planning tools.

Easily view learner adjustments and plan for differentiation on-page. The platform records implemented adjustments for no-fuss NCCD reporting.

Design and share aligned lessons by tagging and identifying selected objectives, dispositions, assessment and more.

Record lesson reflections on-the-go for easy reference and use in professional growth later.

Direct access to curriculum objectives

The platform is linked to your National and relevant State-based curriculums to enable educators to easily browse and add curriculum objectives with their planning document.

Vivedus Professional Growth and Progression enables every educator to develop, refine, and advance their practice. It enables educators to understand and align their professional practice and growth to Vivedus methodology in sync with Australian Professional Standards For Teachers (APST) and internationally acknowledged best practice within education.

Facilitate professional growth

Educators engage with Vivedus Professional Growth and Progression through their use of the Vivedus Planner and the subsequent teaching and learning activity generated from implementing their planning into routine classroom practice.

Professional growth opportunities and evidence gathering tools are embedded in the platform. These include opportunities for educators to receive both general and targeted feedback, share samples of best practice and document professional growth experiences.

Community of Practice

When you become a Vivedus educator you automatically become a member of a community of practice, a community transforming education globally.

The Vivedus Community of Practice supports educators and schools seeking to connect, share and improve their knowledge of the Vivedus Model. This component of the platform is a space where educators can collaborate, share and access a library of exemplar plans, online learning and other resources.

The Vivedus Learner Profile is a digital portfolio that showcases learners’ academic achievements, creative thinking and character development.

Credentialled creativity dispositions

Vivedus has partnered with Melbourne Metrics at the University of Melbourne to develop a nationally-recognised assessment framework for the Vivedus Dispositions. These Dispositions are presented in the Learner’s Profile as Vivedus Credentials, to indicate the Learner’s progress through their Vivedus journey.

Partner Schools will have access to the Vivedus Learner Profile with the University of Melbourne Credential.
