Sharpening Our Sales and Marketing Systems
We’ve implemented a content strategy on LinkedIn to build the conversation around the crisis schools and educational leaders currently find themselves in. The results have been exceptional — one post exploring the role of Heads of Department generated 268 likes, 16 comments, and 12 reposts, while another on the Director of Teaching and Learning attracted 178 likes and strong engagement.
These articles have positioned Vivedus as a thought leader in the education sector and have driven educators to download our free leadership resource, helping us both raise awareness and generate quality leads.
Expanding Our Reach
Internationally, Tim Catterall has been leading conversations in Asia. We’ve had our first meeting with a school in Taiwan, and Tim is close to securing an agreement with a major school group in Vietnam, which could see Vivedus introduced into two campuses initially, with potential for more.
Domestically, we’ve developed strong leads with schools across Australia and are in advanced discussions with several. We’ve also begun exploratory conversations with a number of prestigious independent and government schools showing early interest in Vivedus.
Raising Our Profile
Paul was invited to deliver a keynote address at the Public Schools Alliance conference, attended by senior staff from 77 Queensland State Schools, presenting on how Vivedus is helping transform learning design and assessment.
In addition, Gabrielle and Paul joined educational futurist Tony Ryan on a panel at the Global Intrapreneurs’ Summit, discussing the impact of AI on human creativity — further cementing Vivedus’s voice in the global education conversation.
Improving our Evidence Base
We’ve launched a longitudinal research project on student engagement, supported by mathematicians from the University of Melbourne. Early findings from one partner school revealed that 52% of students in Years 3–10 reported boredom prior to using Vivedus. We’re confident that as schools adopt our model, we’ll see significant improvements in engagement and learning outcomes, creating powerful evidence to share with our community.
In collaboration with Viva Health at Work, we’ve also completed a psychosocial harm risk profile comparing teacher wellbeing before and after using Vivedus. The data showed a significant reduction in risk, driven by workload reduction and improved teaching clarity.
Looking Ahead
With refined systems, growing interest from schools across Australia and abroad, and an expanding body of evidence to demonstrate our impact, Vivedus is entering an exciting new phase.
We’re not just helping schools manage teaching and learning — we’re helping them transform it.
